Buying a new-build in Cyprus is one of the biggest financial commitments most people make. There is no equivalent of Glassdoor for property developers. There is no way to check who actually delivers on time, who handles title deeds properly, and who disappears after handover.

Reviews come from people who can prove they bought or live in the property. Developers respond publicly but cannot edit or suppress reviews. We are independent: no paid placements, no sponsored rankings, developers cannot pay to alter, hide, or reorder reviews.
